📦 Shipping (U.S. Domestic Orders)

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. domestic orders.

• Standard Shipping (2–7 business days): Free Shipping

• Express Priority Shipping (1–2 business days): $19.95 flat rate

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your package’s journey.

We currently ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we do not ship to U.S. territories or P.O. Boxes at this time.

🌍 International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries. Rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Please note: international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

💄 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns on unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be in original packaging and condition

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@mylegi.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos so we can make it right.

✏️ Order Changes & Cancellations

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you may request a change or cancellation by emailing info@mylegi.com. Once an order is fulfilled, it cannot be modified or canceled.
